Job Summary
The General Laborer plays a pivotal role in overseeing production efficiency, coordinating the flow of inventory between bottling facilities and storage areas, and ensuring that packaging materials are sufficiently supplied. This position is crucial in upholding safety and cleanliness within the work environment while executing various production-related tasks assigned by management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess production output to ensure efficiency.
- Manage the transfer of inventory between bottling and warehouse locations.
- Ensure the availability of packaging supplies.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform other production tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Physical capability to lift heavy loads, up to 50 lbs, regularly.
- Demonstrated mechanical skills with complex machinery.
- Intermediate computer literacy for operational tasks.
- Ability to adhere to safety guidelines consistently.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include overtime or weekends.
