The recruiter will oversee the recruitment process for high-volume seasonal positions by evaluating candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and keeping precise hiring documentation. Additionally, they will collaborate with production management to fulfill staffing requirements and support pre-employment processes. Ideal candidates should demonstrate excellent communication abilities and be capable of juggling various tasks in a dynamic setting. Previous experience in human resources, recruitment, or customer service is advantageous, along with fundamental computer skills.
