The Production Packer is tasked with the preparation of fresh produce, which involves weighing, packaging, and arranging bags and boxes onto pallets. This role also includes general cleaning responsibilities and may require assistance with unloading trailers and rail cars when necessary. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have the physical capability to lift weights of up to 100 pounds. A positive demeanor, eagerness to learn, and the ability to collaborate successfully within a team are essential.
