**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**
The Customer Service Representative will support customers and members by handling incoming phone inquiries to offer guidance and address concerns. This role involves applying critical thinking skills and conducting online research to identify effective solutions, all while upholding exceptional service standards. Ideal candidates should have a background in retail or customer service call centers and must be equipped with a dependable home office setup, including high-speed wired internet. Additionally, applicants need to be at least 18 years old and live in a state where an REI retail location is present.
