Job description
The Section Leader is responsible for managing daily manufacturing activities, assessing production line effectiveness, and guaranteeing that product quality adheres to established standards. This role also includes training new team members, keeping accurate production documentation, and upholding a secure and organized workplace. Ideal candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in a related field and be capable of thriving in a dynamic, repetitive setting. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, along with the physical endurance to stand and manage materials for prolonged periods, are essential for success in this position.
