Job description
The Security Dispatcher oversees the 24/7 Security Operations Center, responsible for managing both emergency and non-emergency communication. Key duties include maintaining records through Computer-aided Dispatch systems and delivering excellent customer service to both staff and visitors. A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary, while further education is preferred. Applicants should possess previous experience in security or dispatch roles and demonstrate the capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
