The Selling Flex Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by fostering relationships, offering product suggestions, and handling transactions efficiently. This role also involves upholding merchandise presentation standards in the store and assisting with operational duties to achieve store goals. Applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 40 lbs. A solid understanding of technology and a flexible availability for shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are essential.
