Job description
**Job Title: Senior Accountant**
The Senior Accountant will oversee comprehensive accounting functions for the subsidiary in India, handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the upkeep of the general ledger. This role includes executing month-end closing procedures, generating financial reports, and ensuring adherence to US GAAP as well as local statutory obligations. Applicants should possess 5 to 8 years of practical accounting experience, along with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Expertise in QuickBooks Online, a solid understanding of US GAAP, and the capacity to work collaboratively across different time zones are critical for this position.
