**Job Title: Senior Analyst**
The Senior Analyst plays a key role in enhancing the out-of-network provider liability framework by crafting analytics, generating reports, and providing market insights to aid in negotiation tactics and resolution of disputes. This position involves synthesizing intricate datasets, creating dashboards, and converting financial data into strategic recommendations for senior management. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis or reporting. A solid command of SQL, relational database systems, and Microsoft Excel is essential, as well as familiarity with healthcare data and data visualization software.
