Job description
**Senior Application Support Engineer**
The Senior Application Support Engineer is responsible for delivering production support for essential risk management systems, striving to maintain stability and availability throughout high-traffic operations. Key duties comprise system monitoring, incident triaging, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing operational enhancements in line with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. Ideal candidates will have 6-8 years of experience in application or production support roles, possessing robust technical expertise in Unix/Linux, SQL, and cloud environments. A bachelor’s degree is desirable, alongside strong troubleshooting capabilities for complex distributed systems and effective communication skills with stakeholders.
