The Senior Associate will oversee various implementation workstreams that span clinical, product, and operational divisions, ensuring that strategic partnerships are launched successfully. This role includes the management of project plans, risk assessment, and serving as a key liaison for external partners. Applicants should possess 2 to 4+ years of experience in healthcare implementation, operations, or project management. A strong capability for cross-functional collaboration and a solid understanding of healthcare technology or value-based care models are essential.
