Job Summary
The Senior Clinical Research Associate will play a crucial role within a large Contract Research Organization (CRO) located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position is focused on establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with investigational sites, while also supporting ongoing improvements in research processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with investigational sites.
- Contribute to the enhancement of clinical research procedures.
- Participate in monitoring activities to ensure compliance with study protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory documents and reports.
- Support training and mentoring of junior staff as needed.
Qualifications
- A Registered Nursing certification or an equivalent and relevant formal education.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical research and site management.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an onsite capacity.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
