Job Summary
The Senior Clinical Research Associate is responsible for overseeing research operations at clinical sites dedicated to trials related to metabolic diseases. This position entails the selection and initiation of study sites, ensuring that research adheres to established protocols and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate clinical study activities at designated research sites.
- Lead the site selection process, ensuring alignment with study requirements.
- Facilitate the initiation and setup of clinical trials.
- Monitor site performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide support during audits and inspections.
Qualifications
- Minimum of several years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent nursing qualification.
- Experience in the areas of obesity or metabolic diseases is preferred.
