Job Summary
Worldwide Clinical Trials is in search of a Senior Clinical Research Associate with a focus on Central Nervous System (CNS) and psychedelics, located in Indiana. The position requires an on-site presence and is ideal for individuals passionate about improving patient lives through clinical research.
Responsibilities
- Engage in clinical study activities, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor clinical trial sites, collecting vital data and ensuring the quality of research outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and meet timelines.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members and site staff.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to streamline project execution.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a nursing degree is required.
- Prior experience in CNS or psychedelics research is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of clinical research practices and regulatory guidelines is advantageous.
