Job Summary
Premier Research is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate specializing in Neuroscience for a contract position based in Nevada, Iowa. This role is part of our Clinical Monitoring, Site Management, and Study Start-Up team, focusing on overseeing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with study protocols.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor clinical trial sites efficiently, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess the progress of the trials and provide guidance to site personnel.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication throughout the study lifecycle.
- Prepare and review study documentation and reports to maintain accuracy and integrity in data collection.
- Support training and onboarding for new site staff and monitor personnel on study specifics.
Qualifications
- Possession of a degree in a healthcare-related field, such as nursing, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with study sites and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently as well as part of a team.
