Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our global team. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the lives of patients through rigorous clinical research. The ideal candidate will engage in various clinical trials, ensuring the adherence to regulatory standards and contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and conduct clinical trials in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with investigative sites to facilitate recruitment and retention of study participants.
- Document and report findings accurately to maintain data integrity.
- Provide guidance and training to site personnel regarding study procedures.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a four-year university degree or a degree in nursing.
- Experience in oncology clinical research is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems and electronic data capture systems.
