Job Summary
The Senior Clinical Research Associate will play a crucial role within the client’s Monitoring team, focusing on overseeing clinical site activities and ensuring adherence to study protocols. This position emphasizes the importance of maintaining relationships with site personnel, including Principal Investigators and Study Coordinators, to facilitate effective monitoring processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive site monitoring to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with site teams, including Principal Investigators, Study Coordinators, and Pharmacists.
- Oversee and evaluate data integrity, ensuring that all reported data is accurate and complete.
- Provide ongoing support and training to site staff as needed.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during the monitoring process to maintain project timelines and quality.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a nursing degree, or an advanced degree is required.
- Experience in clinical research or a related field is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with site teams.
- Ability to adhere to strict timelines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
