Job Summary
This position seeks a Senior Corporate Paralegal to become a valuable member of the Corporate Legal Services team at Health Care. The role entails producing legal documents, performing legal research, and aiding in project management within a dynamic legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research.
- Assisting with various aspects of project management.
- Preparing and delivering necessary legal materials.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a corporate legal environment or equivalent work in a firm or corporate legal department.
- Possession of a Paralegal Certification is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
