The Senior Cost Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients involved in extensive data center construction initiatives, managing cost controls, estimation processes, and change management activities. This role entails spearheading commercial oversight, facilitating value engineering sessions, and guaranteeing precise financial documentation throughout the project’s duration. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a similar discipline, along with 5-7 years of pertinent experience. A solid background in mission-critical infrastructure, particularly with MEP-intensive projects, is highly desirable, as is RICS accreditation or advancement toward chartership.
