Job Summary
The Senior Counsel will autonomously oversee 10 to 20 intricate employment litigation cases from the initial investigation stage to final resolution. This role demands expert management of cases while also formulating litigation strategies, advocating for clients in court, and providing guidance to junior attorneys in the field.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage multiple complex employment litigation cases.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
- Represent clients in various court proceedings.
- Mentor and support junior attorneys in the practice area.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution.
- Active membership in the California Bar.
- Extensive experience in labor and employment litigation.
- Strong skills in trial preparation and courtroom representation.
