Job Summary
The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for crafting intricate reports, analytics, and business insights that drive both local and national Medicare Advantage supplemental benefit initiatives. This position entails working closely with various stakeholders and vendors to uphold data quality, ensure regulatory adherence, and provide actionable data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex reports and analytics to support Medicare Advantage programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to guarantee the quality and integrity of data.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in data handling and reporting.
- Deliver insights that lead to actionable data solutions tailored for healthcare initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in crafting complex SQL queries.
- At least 3 years of data analysis experience in the healthcare sector.
- Proficient in modern data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
- Experience with programming languages, particularly Python.
