Job description
The Senior Deputy Design Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding and assisting project managers in managing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Architectural Engineering (AE) teams during the design, preconstruction, and construction stages of municipal projects. This position entails overseeing civil scopes, keeping comprehensive project documentation, and guaranteeing exceptional client service. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in civil engineering or construction management and possess substantial experience in large-scale construction initiatives. Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam is essential, complemented by robust analytical and communication capabilities.
