Job description
**Senior Director**
The Senior Director will design and execute innovative AI-powered strategies for enhancing customer engagement, focusing on interactions with healthcare professionals and enhancing commercial outcomes. This position requires overseeing interdisciplinary teams to convert intricate commercial requirements into practical AI solutions, along with setting up governance and operational frameworks for the portfolio. Applicants should have a minimum of 12 years of increasing responsibility in commercial strategy, marketing, or data analysis within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, while an MBA or other advanced qualifications are highly desirable, in addition to significant knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI technologies.
