Job Summary
The Senior Director will take on the role of the global process owner responsible for the comprehensive order-to-cash operations. This position entails managing process architecture, key performance indicator (KPI) models, and leading transformation initiatives. The Senior Director will also provide leadership to the India Center of Excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance order quality and boost operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire order-to-cash chain and ensure effective process architecture.
- Lead the development and application of KPI models to measure success.
- Drive transformation agendas to foster operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate order quality.
- Provide guidance to the India Center of Excellence in alignment with global standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in order-to-cash, revenue operations, or finance transformation.
- Experience in a public or a high-growth enterprise setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes.
- Proven ability to lead global teams and develop transformation roadmaps.
