Job Summary
The Senior Director of Guest Services is responsible for establishing the strategic direction and operational structure necessary to deliver a comprehensive guest experience at Sphere. This position is pivotal in managing all guest services operations, which includes overseeing call centers and front-line personnel, ensuring a consistent and exceptional level of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for guest services.
- Oversee operations related to guest services including call centers and direct service teams.
- Ensure that service delivery meets the standards of world-class hospitality.
- Maintain operational consistency across all guest interactions.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of proven leadership experience managing teams across diverse operational areas.
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles.
- Familiarity with local fire and building regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance customer satisfaction levels.
