Job Summary
The Senior Director of Programs plays a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership for essential departments such as rental assistance and data management. This role is centered on ensuring that programs achieve their intended outcomes and remain in sync with the broader objectives of the organization. The Senior Director is also tasked with fostering organizational learning, promoting employee professional growth, and spearheading initiatives aimed at continuous quality enhancement throughout the agency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide key departments to promote program effectiveness.
- Align departmental goals with the organization’s mission.
- Facilitate organizational learning and enhance staff professional development.
- Implement continuous quality improvement measures across the agency.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in nonprofit program leadership or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a significant management capacity.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex programs effectively.
