**Job Title: Software Engineer – Search and Discovery**
Join us in the design and development of robust search, ranking, and discovery solutions aimed at enhancing product relevance and user personalization. You will be responsible for creating systems that ensure content quality and will work closely with various cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years focused on search or information retrieval systems. Ideal candidates will showcase strong skills in a backend programming language and a proven track record of enhancing search relevance on a large scale.
