Lead the Trust and Safety Responsible AI SCALE technical roadmap, turning high-risk evaluations into scalable automated testing pipelines and establishing metrics and governance to support safe launches. Architect connected evaluation and monitoring infrastructure, partner with DeepMind and product engineering teams on standards and autoraters, and provide technical leadership while mentoring analysts. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of data analysis experience, and at least five years managing projects and defining scope, goals, and deliverables. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, familiarity with SQL, R, Python, or C++ and machine learning systems, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
