Job Summary
The Equity Administrator is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive administration of equity programs, including stock options and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). This role ensures the maintenance of an accurate and audit-ready capitalization table and provides support for corporate transactions such as financing rounds and tender offers, all while adhering to tax and securities regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of all equity programs, including stock options and RSUs.
- Maintain an accurate and audit-ready cap table.
- Support corporate transactions, including financing rounds and tender offers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax and securities regulations.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in equity administration, focusing on private company cap tables.
- Familiarity with equity administration platforms such as Carta or Shareworks.
- Strong understanding of stock option mechanics and ASC 718 accounting principles.
- Advanced skills in Excel modeling are essential for this position.
