**Senior Estimator**
The Senior Estimator plays a key role in independently determining the scope and financial estimates for property insurance claims, acting as the leading technical expert in construction-related conflicts. This position requires collaboration with Public Adjusters to guarantee precise valuations that can withstand scrutiny from carriers. Additionally, the role involves providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members. Applicants should possess over 7 years of focused experience in insurance restoration estimating and demonstrate advanced proficiency in Xactimate at a hotkey level. A bachelor’s degree in Construction or Business Management is essential, or candidates may substitute relevant work experience for a degree.
