**Senior Family Advocate**
The Senior Family Advocate plays a crucial role in enhancing communication between families and hospital personnel, aiming to resolve issues and boost patient satisfaction. This position also involves mentoring fellow advocates and supporting departmental leadership in overseeing system-wide contact information. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a clinical field such as social work or child life, and have at least three years of experience in a clinical healthcare environment. Additionally, strong abilities in patient relations and interactions with executives are essential.
