Job Summary
The Senior Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of equipment in industrial and manufacturing settings. This position involves a wide range of technical responsibilities, reporting directly to the Service Manager and adhering to ABB’s high standards of quality and safety. The technician is expected to engage in various field service activities, including commissioning, maintenance, and repairs, to guarantee optimal equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- Carry out field service operations effectively to maintain equipment functionality.
- Execute commissioning, maintenance, and repair tasks in line with operational standards.
- Collaborate with Service Technicians and Field teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with ABB’s quality assurance and safety procedures during all activities.
Qualifications
- Possess a background in Electrical Engineering or a related Electrical field.
- Have relevant technical experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Hold an Associate degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
