Job Summary
As a Senior Field Service Technician at Delval Equipment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of equipment in various locations. Your position will involve hands-on work in the field and may require collaboration with sales and support teams. Your expertise will be key in enhancing our service delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct equipment start-ups and perform regular maintenance tasks.
- Carry out inspections to ensure equipment is operating at optimal levels.
- Engage in both in-house and manufacturer training programs to stay updated on new technologies and procedures.
- Provide support for installation and troubleshooting of burners and control systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician, preferably with over three years of relevant field experience.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and controls, particularly burners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
