Job Summary
The Analyst will play a crucial role in delivering financial oversight, operational insights, and reporting to aid the Workplace Operations team. This position is essential for enhancing financial models, monitoring key performance indicators, and spearheading finance transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial oversight and operational insights.
- Develop and refine financial models to support decision-making.
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead initiatives aimed at transforming financial processes.
- Prepare and deliver detailed financial reporting.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with VBA and data visualization tools.
