The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will play a key role in facilitating SEC reporting activities, such as the preparation of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, as well as overseeing the accounting for debt and stock-based compensation. The position also includes the development of SOX controls, the preparation of financial statements, and conducting ongoing analyses to compare actual results against plans. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting along with at least three years of relevant accounting or auditing experience. Preference will be given to those with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and background from a Big 4 accounting firm.
