Job description
**Senior HVAC Project Developer**
The Senior HVAC Project Developer spearheads the initial stages of project development by assessing the requirements of facilities and formulating strategic, sustainable approaches for upgrading buildings. This role involves working closely with diverse teams to oversee project parameters, financial aspects, and execution plans from the qualification phase to the completion of contracts. Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or possess a comparable mix of education and experience. Additionally, a valid driver’s license with a spotless driving record for the preceding three years is mandatory.
