Job Summary
The role involves the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure industrial communication networks, ensuring adherence to NERC CIP and ISA/IEC 62443 standards. The incumbent will take charge of technical projects, guide junior engineers, and conduct vulnerability assessments to enhance the security of operational technology environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure industrial communication networks.
- Maintain compliance with NERC CIP and ISA/IEC 62443 standards.
- Lead and manage technical projects within the team.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers.
- Perform vulnerability assessments to secure operational technology environments.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) or Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent professional experience of 7 years in industrial networking.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Cisco networking and industrial protocols.
- Familiarity with security standards, specifically NERC CIP.
- Relevant industry certifications are preferred.
