**Job Title: Conversational Search Systems Engineer**
We are seeking an individual to enhance and optimize conversational search systems by leveraging both established machine learning techniques and advanced generative AI solutions to advance enterprise-level question answering capabilities. The role involves working closely with diverse teams to create robust, secure, and efficient features for our search platform. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a senior capacity. A strong foundation in information retrieval, search ranking, or machine learning is essential for this position.
