Job description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing and fine-tuning search ranking features and algorithms to elevate the relevance and quality of our question-answering systems. This role entails collaboration with various teams to create experiments and develop scalable solutions to address enterprise search challenges. Ideal candidates will possess practical experience with traditional information retrieval techniques or machine learning ranking models. A solid foundation in text processing, natural language comprehension, or machine learning is essential.
