Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Engineering plays a vital role in leading the IT engineering team, focusing on the management of production operations, Azure environments, and enterprise AI tools. This position is key in transitioning outsourced tasks to an in-house setup, with a strong emphasis on adherence to security and governance regulations throughout all engineering modifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT engineering team to ensure effective production operations.
- Oversee Azure environment management and enterprise AI tooling initiatives.
- Facilitate the transition of outsourced engineering functions to in-house teams.
- Ensure all engineering changes align with security and governance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years of experience in engineering or infrastructure-related positions.
- At least three years of experience in a management role.
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience working within environments that comply with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 standards.
