Job description
As the lead for an engineering team, you will strategize and implement the technical direction for enterprise Identity Governance and Administration services. Your responsibilities will encompass managing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud deployments, automating identity processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee secure management of the identity lifecycle. Ideal candidates will possess over 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, alongside a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within engineering teams. Expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, familiarity with identity governance frameworks, and a strong grounding in modern DevOps methodologies are crucial.
