Job Summary
The Senior Manager is tasked with crafting and executing a thorough approach to site maintenance and reliability that will evolve the facility into a model of best practices. This position plays a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams, managing maintenance planning, and guaranteeing adherence to GMP and EHS regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance and reliability strategy.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams focused on maintenance operations.
- Oversee maintenance planning to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering roles.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is essential.
- Demonstrated capability in developing maintenance programs.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), specifically SAP PM or Maximo.
