Job Summary
This position offers the opportunity to spearhead an engineering team dedicated to safeguarding donors and organizers by implementing effective detection, moderation, and enforcement mechanisms. The role encompasses overseeing the entirety of the integrity lifecycle, which includes designing architecture, responding to incidents, and creating scalable internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team in developing systems that protect donors and organizers.
- Manage the integrity lifecycle from architecture design to incident response.
- Develop and maintain scalable internal tools to support operational efficiency.
- Implement effective detection and moderation strategies to enhance safety.
- Oversee enforcement systems to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- A minimum of 7 years in production software development.
- At least 4 years of experience in an engineering management role.
- Demonstrated expertise in building trust and safety systems.
- Strong background in risk mitigation strategies and practices.
