Job description
The Senior Manager will be responsible for the centralized management of $40 million in yearly material acquisitions, guaranteeing precision in procurement practices, supplier performance evaluation, and cost management strategies. This role includes the analysis of material consumption, the reconciliation of project expenditures, and the formulation of reporting systems aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across various brands. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or construction operations, with a robust history of overseeing material expenditures. Expertise in data analysis, supplier negotiation, and financial reconciliation in the construction or building materials sector is essential.
