The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for spearheading process advancements, enhancing equipment performance, and driving continuous improvement efforts within coil manufacturing operations. This role requires collaboration with diverse teams to uphold exemplary standards in safety, quality, and cost efficiency, alongside a proactive presence on the production floor. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering, particularly in coil or heat exchanger production. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline is highly desirable.
