The Senior People Business Partner serves as a strategic HR collaborator, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning specific to a business unit. This position is also tasked with overseeing HR operations such as managing leave of absence protocols, conducting compliance audits, and administering HRIS to align with organizational objectives. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering. The ideal candidate will exhibit robust project management, communication, and analytical abilities to effectively maneuver through intricate organizational frameworks and deliver data-driven solutions.
