Job Summary
The Senior Pre-Litigation Attorney is responsible for autonomously overseeing significant plaintiff personal injury cases from the initial intake stage to settlement. This position also includes guiding junior team members and working alongside leadership to enhance departmental processes and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage high-stakes plaintiff personal injury cases throughout the pre-litigation phase.
- Mentor and support junior staff members to develop their legal skills and competencies.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve departmental workflows and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar License is mandatory.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury, specifically in pre-litigation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in successful high-value settlement negotiations.
- Previous experience in leadership or mentoring roles is essential.
