They are responsible for analyzing client profiles, identifying coverage opportunities, and ensuring accurate policy management within the agency system. Candidates must possess a Texas General Lines Agents (Property & Casualty) License and at least 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and the ability to manage a book of business exceeding $250,000 are required.
