Job Summary
The role of Senior Principal Cyber Systems Engineer (DevOps Engineer) requires a highly skilled individual with a strong background in integrating diverse systems. This position is located in Herndon, Virginia, and operates on an onsite basis. The successful candidate is expected to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team, contributing to critical projects within the cyber systems landscape.
Responsibilities
- Integrate multiple cyber systems and ensure seamless operation within various environments.
- Provide engineering support for development and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex problems.
- Implement best practices in DevOps methodologies to enhance system performance.
- Oversee the lifecycle of system infrastructure and contribute to its continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with 9 years of applicable experience,
OR a Master’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience,
OR a PhD in a related discipline. - Strong expertise in cyber systems engineering and DevOps practices.
- Ability to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Proven problem-solving skills and experience in collaborative environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
