Job Summary
The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for spearheading process development, overseeing equipment implementation, and driving process enhancement initiatives within a regulated manufacturing setting. Acting as the technical leader for a variety of multidisciplinary projects, this role ensures that manufacturing operations adhere to safety standards, efficiency, and comply with cGMP regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the process development efforts to optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Implement necessary equipment to support production capabilities.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as the technical liaison on cross-functional project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and cGMP requirements throughout manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience within a cGMP-regulated environment.
- Proficiency in manufacturing processes related to medical devices or drug products.
- Strong background in process validation methodologies.
- Demonstrated project management skills in an engineering context.
